Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to establish and implement policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring effective execution.
  • Oversee and maintain center operations, including welcoming guests, managing student records, ordering supplies, and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Monitor daily operations, tracking and reporting on program performance while suggesting actionable improvements as needed.
  • Engage with current and prospective clients regarding inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels.
  • Address customer issues with the operations team and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience, including resolving complaints.
  • Assist in marketing and business development efforts by participating in FLEX webinars, seminars, and other events.


Work Environment:

Located in Northern California.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations and project management.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Basecamp.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and organizational abilities to coordinate program activities.
  • Capability to develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines.
  • Availability to work specified hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the college admissions process.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Korean.
