About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Operations Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our New Product Operations team, you will play a critical role in the development and launch of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of product launch plans, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product development teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product launches, ensuring that all necessary plans and procedures are in place.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to product development teams, ensuring that products meet Apple's quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, supply chain management, or manufacturing operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading product launches and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with product launches.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
