Job Description:

As a Cost Manager at Arcadis, you will provide support to Project Teams throughout the project lifecycle. Your duties will include providing project level reports, maintaining and controlling budgets, and analyzing projects to ensure adequate funding. Additionally, you will develop cost estimates, prepare material, labor, and equipment cost estimates, and complete cost validation. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be utilized to present results of cost analyses to senior staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Project Teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide project level reports, including detailed analysis of project cost and changes
  • Maintain and control budgets from design concept through to project completion
  • Analyze projects to ensure adequate funding
  • Develop cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical disciplines
  • Prepare material, labor, and equipment cost estimates for concept designs, design development documents, bid documents, and change orders
  • Complete cost validation and quantity surveying as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong software skills

We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start date, and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000 per year.
