  • Handling comprehensive project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance throughout the project duration.
  • Conducting regular site visits and inspections to proactively monitor progress and identify potential issues for timely resolution.
  • Effectively addressing conflicts and challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Prioritizing the safety of all personnel on the construction site.
  • Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any concerns promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record in managing Commercial Construction Projects independently.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for effective project execution.
  • Strong time management abilities to meet project deadlines efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to various project sites as necessary.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills along with expertise in contract management for successful project outcomes.
