Job Title: IT Procurement Analyst

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled IT Procurement Analyst to join our team. As an IT Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for managing all facets of IT purchasing, including hardware, software, licensing, and other IT assets. You will work closely with IT leadership to define and develop IT asset standards and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT purchasing processes, including procurement, inventory tracking, and asset retirement.
  • Negotiate purchase orders and contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Work with IT leadership to develop and maintain IT pricing and vendor lists.
  • Manage budgetary cost and spend reporting to ensure cost savings globally.
  • Develop and maintain IT customer portals and workflows to standardize procurement practices.
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience and education credentials.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT procurement and purchasing.
  • 3+ years of experience in software licensing management.
  • 3+ years of experience in administration duties.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in supply chain management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP systems.
