Job Summary

Uline is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for setting up and managing computer systems, printers, and other equipment. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing on-call support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain computer systems, printers, and other equipment
  • Install and organize network cables and data cabinets
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Perform inventory audits and manage equipment check-in process
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of IT experience with knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems
  • Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
