**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our warehouse management system.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects.
  • Conduct thorough testing of our warehouse management system to ensure it meets industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain test artifacts, including test strategies, testing plans, and test completion reports.
  • Provide training to QA team members on warehouse management system functionality.
  • Work with developers and other vendors to resolve defects and improve system functionality.
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of industry standards and QA methodologies.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management QA.
  • Hands-on experience with HighJump (preferably Korber HighJump) and Oracle Highjump WMS.
  • Strong understanding of database queries and DB tools like DB2/SQL Server.
  • Experience with test management tools like Client ALM and Jira.
  • Solid understanding of industry standards and QA methodologies.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with supply chain management.
  • Good understanding of defect life cycle.
  • Experience with different phases of testing, including SIT, End to End Testing, and UAT.
