Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Pennrose. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and leasing assigned properties, as well as providing exceptional resident services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Marketing: Coordinate leasing events, such as open houses and realtor tours, to showcase properties and attract new residents.
  • Resident Services: Develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively manage property operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Property Management: Assist with the development and implementation of resident services programming, maintain knowledge of market conditions, and manage property's answering service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process all property expenditures, maintain journal of administrative issues, and lead tours of property.
  • Customer Service: Respond to resident concerns and complaints, counsel residents, and provide referrals to appropriate agencies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2 or more years of experience in multi-family property management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Windows, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook; excellent customer service skills.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work periodic flexible hours, travel by plane and automobile, and work at property locations within or near transitional neighborhoods.
