Your Role:

  • As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will be the friendly face of our company, engaging with potential residents and showcasing our apartments.
  • You will manage the leasing process from initiation to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for all prospective tenants.
  • Your excellent interpersonal skills will be essential in building relationships with residents and addressing their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours and present the community’s features to prospective residents.
  • Assist in resident relations and follow up appropriately to enhance satisfaction.
  • Utilize your marketing skills to implement effective leasing and renewal strategies, aiming for high occupancy and retention rates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with property management software is advantageous; familiarity with YARDI is a plus.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Possession of a National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly wage starting at $17.50, with opportunities for commission and performance-based bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and additional perks such as rent discounts.
