Position Overview

As a vital member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to express your culinary skills and creativity. Whether your expertise lies in savory dishes or exquisite desserts, you will contribute to crafting memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

  • Manage inventory by placing orders and completing necessary requisitions to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Review daily function sheets and restaurant requisitions to create a prioritized task list.
  • Prepare mise en place to guarantee readiness for service.
  • Implement effective stock rotation and storage practices to minimize waste.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Report any suspicious activity within the kitchen area.
  • Coordinate and fulfill outlet orders efficiently.
  • Compensation: $22.50 per hour
Qualifications
  • Formal culinary training with an emphasis on pastry and baking.
  • Minimum of one year experience at the Cook III level or equivalent Cook II experience.
  • Skilled in various baking techniques, including dough preparation and pastry decoration.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on consistency and presentation quality.
