Position Summary

Step into the essential role of a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, where your contributions ensure a pristine and organized kitchen environment, allowing culinary artistry to thrive. You will play a vital role in maintaining the rhythm of the kitchen, safeguarding cleanliness, and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ both manual and mechanical techniques to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and various kitchen equipment.
  • Uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen area through sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
  • Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, including peeling and chopping vegetables or portioning ingredients.
  • Keep track of and replenish cleaning supplies to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure seamless operations and timely access to clean dishes during busy periods.
  • Compensation: Hourly Rate: $18.50
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
