Job Overview

UtilitiesOne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Attendant to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, and customer service;
  • Manage and motivate warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment;
  • Perform regular inventory audits and maintain high-quality standards for compliance;
  • Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery, and oversee general maintenance when necessary;
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations and ensure compliance;
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, and perform preventive maintenance tasks;
  • Adhere to quality service standards and follow established procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License;
  • Forklift Certification;
  • Experience working with Excel Tracker and other inventory management systems;
  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker or in a related field;
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
