Job Summary

Shift Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dealership Lot Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient organization and maintenance of our dealership's lot inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the fleet dispatcher to ensure timely staging for outgoing and incoming vehicle shipments.
  • Ingress and document transportation drop-offs using iOS tooling.
  • Partner with the Inventory team during promotional runs.
  • Partner with field teams to ensure vehicles are located, quality checked, and on time for appointment departure.
  • Proactively manage lots and identify opportunities to improve organization.
  • Manage and rotate EV vehicles based on charge capacity for same day and next day appointments.
  • Perform lot audits on a regular cadence for accounting purposes and resolve incorrect vehicle locations.
  • Daily review of vehicle condition documentation to ensure online listings match actual.
  • Ensure QR product labels are attached and accurate for all listed vehicles.
  • Maintain an open feedback channel between field teams and recon to level set expectations on lot organization.
