Job Summary

The Theatre Department at Lewis & Clark College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage its stock of props and furniture. As an Inventory Manager, you will work closely with the Technical Director to maintain and improve the department's inventory, ensuring it remains in good condition and easily accessible to students and other theaters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lending and Inventory Management: Lend out items to students and other theaters, maintaining accurate records of all items checked out and ensuring timely returns in good condition.
  • Collaboration with Costume Stock Manager: Work together with the Costume Stock Manager to coordinate lending hours, providing easy access to both stock managers at the same time.
  • Cultural Competence: Demonstrate the ability to honor and work with all identities and individuals, particularly those who are underrepresented in the country and/or at Lewis & Clark College.
Work Schedule and Requirements
  • Weekly Schedule: Work a weekly schedule based on student availability.
  • On-Call Hours: Participate in on-call hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
  • Work Study Requirement: Must be a Federal or Lewis and Clark work study recipient.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $16.95 per hour minimum.
