Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Market Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers, as well as prospecting new leads across North America and the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to drive profitable sales growth in your defined territory.
  • Collaborate with regional sales directors and other sales team members to develop and execute the sales plan for each customer within your region/territory.
  • Increase revenue and market share with existing customers in your defined territory.
  • Assess customers' business needs and advise on the best solutions.
  • Overcome customer objections or concerns as necessary.
  • Create and submit sales orders.
  • Seek out and close new business opportunities.
  • Use creative and persistent methods to prospect and generate new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a consultative resource to customers regarding service offerings, market trends, industry standards, and effectively provide quotes considering all variable factors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in the apparel industry.
  • Strong consultative and people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial and competitive spirit, passion, self-motivation.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive business development, sales pipelines, and close the sale.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM (preferred).

Salary Range

Earning potential of $90,000 - $120,000, no cap on commission.

Base Salary of $60,000 dependent upon non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Large commission opportunity, no cap.
