Program Highlights:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Medicare business and its role in serving Medicare-eligible members and prospects.
  • Develop and refine your selling and presentation skills through simulated practice, projects, and job shadowing.
  • Exposure to our end-to-end sales process, health insurance, and our consumer base.
  • Learn about the Direct to Consumer Sales model and its role in overall distribution.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
  • Rising Senior during the summer of 2025.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
