Job OverviewCDI Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the residential and commercial markets. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our company's products and services as solutions to their problems.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the low-voltage industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
