We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The Aerospace Customer Experience Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and execute strategies that meet customer needs and drive business results. Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
