Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer service protocols
- Manage performance metrics, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless operations
- Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to foster a productive environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a customer service supervisor
- Background in call center environment with a focus on customer experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills
