Job Title: Portfolio Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Administrator to join our team at HeadInvest. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Portfolio/Relationship Managers to maintain primary responsibility for clients and their accounts.
  • Accurately and efficiently perform client account administrative tasks, including cash needs and transfers, gifting, and obtaining tax information.
  • Open and close accounts efficiently by completing required account forms and working with custodian representatives.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Team to streamline processes and policies for obtaining, recording, and maintaining client data.
  • Assist with compliance duties as requested.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a financial service-related field.
  • Minimum of five years of proven successful client service experience in a financial service-related field.
  • Certification relevant to the financial industry, or trust and estate administration preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite products and applicable software required for investment businesses.
