Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of tasks and tickets for implementation.
- Lead the team through design and execution phases.
- Facilitate onboarding for new developers.
- Provide mentorship and conduct code reviews.
- Execute integration testing.
- Ensure accountability for the quality of deliverables produced by the team.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in various automation techniques: Web, Mobile, API.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
