Job Overview:
Project Scope-
We are seeking 2 to 6 skilled consultants to enhance the development of an internally designed application, Fuse, aiming for complete QA Automation - enabling testing without human involvement.
Fuse operates on a Microservice and Micro Front End Architecture, incorporating various UI components and APIs.
The user interface is predominantly built with Angular, supplemented by components in Typescript and a few in VUE.JS.
The backend is developed using Node.js and Typescript, featuring 40 APIs, alongside 10 APIs in Java and a limited number in Python.
The objective is to elevate code coverage from 90% to 100% in QA processes.
Consultants will be responsible for implementing and automating tests for both the UI and backend, focusing primarily on functional testing, including Unit Tests and Functional Tests, with some emphasis on performance testing.
Qualifications-
Cap1 Experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED.
Extensive experience as an Automation Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) is essential, contributing to the overall QA strategy and execution.
Proficiency in writing unit tests and developing Cucumber Gherkin step definitions is required.
Expertise in Selenium is a must.
Familiarity with Sonar Cube and adherence to Sonar enterprise standards is necessary.
Demonstrated capability in automating API Testing is crucial, including performance testing with tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
Proficiency in Python is required to validate the correctness of unit tests and to create functional tests.
Candidates should possess a leadership mindset, demonstrating the ability to drive discussions and pose insightful questions.
Example:
Understanding the functionality of components is vital; candidates must be able to anticipate outcomes and identify edge cases for implementation.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required.
