Apex Systems is looking for a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing technical leadership and quality oversight to project teams, ensuring the development of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks.
  • Develop and execute performance testing strategies to enhance application reliability.
  • Utilize tools such as Selenium and JMeter for automated testing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project objectives.
  • Generate detailed test reports and performance metrics for stakeholder review.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • At least 4 years of experience with test automation technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages relevant to automation (e.g., Java, Python).
  • Experience in managing complex testing environments and ensuring their stability.
  • Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing processes.
