We are searching for a results-driven Game and Toy Sales Executive to join our team at West Coast Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client's presence in big-box retail locations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of sales success with a focus on big-box retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Costco).
  • Established relationships and industry connections within the big-box retail environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales Leadership: Driving sales growth and maximizing brand impact in big-box retail stores.
  2. Customer Engagement: Representing our client's portfolio of games and toys, actively engaging with customers to promote and demonstrate products.
  3. Merchandising Excellence: Ensuring product displays are compelling, well-stocked, and aligned with our client's branding standards.
  4. Reporting & Insights: Tracking sales performance, gathering customer and store feedback, and providing valuable insights to drive continuous improvement.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year, plus additional performance incentives. Flexible scheduling, including weekend and holiday availability, provides opportunities to grow within the retail and consumer goods industry.
