Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cannabis sector, focusing on brands and retailers that require hardware and packaging solutions for their vape products.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance market share for advanced vaporization technologies.
  • Product Expertise: Provide clients with informed and effective solutions, highlighting product benefits and innovations, and leverage your knowledge of cannabis hardware and packaging to drive sales growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities to refine sales tactics and approaches.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales forecasts, activities, and customer insights to management, contributing to strategic decision-making.

The salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), and access to a supportive company culture with strong leadership.
