Responsibilities:

As a key player, you will oversee the design, implementation, effectiveness, and ongoing management of Enterprise Risk governance and reporting mechanisms. Collaborate closely with various business partners to ensure the high-quality execution of Enterprise Risk committee processes, materials, and overall operations. Your role will involve ensuring that materials provided to the committee are current, timely, high-quality, and transparent, accurately reflecting the state of the enterprise risk landscape.

Additionally, you will:

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, controls, and training materials for participants.
  • Utilize strong consulting, collaboration, and organizational skills to coordinate the efforts of multiple partners and ensure timely delivery.
  • Employ extensive forensic business analysis skills to extract key insights and communicate effectively, particularly in executive settings.
  • Proactively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues as they arise.

Key Duties Include:

  • Providing centralized support for committee processes and content production, including stakeholder coordination and quality assurance of all materials.
  • Developing, executing, and continuously enhancing audit-ready processes with thorough documentation and appropriate evidence retention.
  • Collaborating with key enterprise business partners to identify high-value reporting opportunities that meet or exceed regulatory standards.
  • Establishing and implementing preventative controls over committee reporting processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and transparency of data.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Consumer Financial Services/Banking, Risk/Compliance Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, Management Science, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Analytics.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position typically ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the pay for this role.
