Position Overview:

This role is accountable for the architecture, implementation, efficacy, and continuous oversight of Enterprise Risk governance and reporting frameworks. Collaborate closely with diverse business stakeholders to guarantee the high-quality execution of Enterprise Risk committee functions, documentation, and overall operations. Ensure that the materials presented to the committee are current, timely, of high quality, valuable, transparent, and accurately reflect the state of the enterprise risk landscape.

Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, procedures, controls, and training resources for all process participants.

This position demands exceptional consulting, collaboration, and organizational capabilities to synchronize the efforts of numerous partners and ensure timely outcomes. It requires extensive analytical skills to extract critical insights and excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for executive-level interactions.

Proactively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues encountered in daily operations to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide centralized support for committee processes and content creation, including coordination with all stakeholders and key contacts, business analysis, and quality assurance of all materials.
  • Design, implement, and continually enhance audit-ready processes with thorough documentation and appropriate evidence retention.
  • Collaborate with key enterprise business partners to identify high-value reporting opportunities that meet or exceed regulatory standards.
  • Establish and execute preventative controls over committee reporting processes, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and transparency of data and operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Consumer Financial Services/Banking, Risk/Compliance Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, Management Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Analytics.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position typically ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the salary for this role.
