Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Confluence team to plan and facilitate engaging activities in our community spaces.
  • Assist in managing daily schedules and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive home-like atmosphere.
  • Adhere to state regulations regarding food service, dietary needs, and cleanliness.
  • Support dietary restrictions and prepare for potential food allergies of participants.
  • Maintain accurate records related to food and residential expenses.
  • Help plan and prepare family-style meals.
  • Facilitate kitchen modules, engaging participants in cooking activities.
  • Assist in procuring necessary residential and culinary supplies.
  • Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean and sanitized.
  • Promote the benefits of whole and unprocessed foods, cooking skills, and wellness.
  • Develop and provide additional wellness activities for participants.
  • Manage household and office inventory and orders.
  • Assist with planning and organizing meals for special events.
  • Support adventure day preparations and ensure cleanliness post-events.
  • Conduct weekly facility audits and address any concerns.
  • Work 40+ hours per week on campus, Monday through Thursday, in a salaried-exempt role.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation after a designated period of employment.
Qualifications:
  • Training and experience in food service, food safety, and allergy awareness.
  • Experience in teamwork, scheduling, and logistical coordination.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite and other relevant software.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
Compensation:
  • Annual salary with competitive benefits.
  • Accrual of 220 hours of paid time off per year.
