Job Title: Residential Housekeeper

Lake Nona Golf & Country Club is seeking a skilled Residential Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our high-end residential properties.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced housekeeper who can provide exceptional service to our homeowners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in high-end residential housekeeping and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Wash, dry, iron, and fold linens and towels
  • Dust pictures, tables, and counter tops
  • Vacuum or sweep and mop all areas of the building on a daily basis
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and locker rooms
  • Clean lodge rooms; change linens, clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers and tubs, and vacuum
  • Replenish supplies in lodge rooms
  • Take out trash in all areas
Requirements:
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Must have ability to operate large washers and dryers
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-end residential housekeeping
  • Ability to articulate thoughts and actively listen in order to communicate effectively with homeowners
  • Ability to build a good relationship with homeowners
  • Demonstrated track record of showing responsibility through taking ownership of issues and following through
Physical Requirements:

This position includes (long periods of) balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to work in hot conditions for long periods of time. Must be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
