Residential Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Advisor to join our team at Delaware Valley Job Corps. As a Residential Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, clean, and structured living environment for our students.

Responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and clean dorm environment, providing quality supervision to students, initiating work orders for repairs, and identifying problems to ensure prompt action is taken. You will also work in partnership with staff from all departments to ensure effective supervision and services are provided to students.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience, and a valid Driver's License. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching.
