Title: Residential HousekeeperSupervisor: House ManagerFLSA Status: Non-ExemptGeneral Summary: Perform a variety of skilled or semi-skilled housekeeping tasks in high end residential properties to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the property. Essential Job Functions: Wash, dry, iron and fold linens and towelsDust pictures, tables and counter topsVacuum or sweep and mop all areas of building on a daily basisClean and disinfect bathrooms and locker roomsClean lodge rooms; change linens, clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers and tubs and vacuumReplenish supplies in lodge roomsTake out trash in all areasPerform all other duties as required RequirementsEssential Qualifications:Must be detail orientedMust be able to communicate effectively in EnglishMust have ability to operate large washers and dryersMinimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in high end residential housekeepingAbility to articulate thoughts and actively listen in order to communicate effectively with homeownersAbility to build a good relationship with homeownersDemonstrated track record of showing responsibility through taking ownership of issues and following through Essential Physical Requirements:This position includes (long periods of) balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling and repetitive motionsMust be able to lift up to 40 poundsMust be able to work in hot conditions for long periods of timeMust be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above Must be able to follow written and verbal instructionsThis document does not create an employment contract, implied or otherwise, other than an "at will" employment relationship.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this position.
