Are you a skilled Salesforce developer looking to make a meaningful impact in the science and technology sector? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Developer - Digital Transformation Specialist.
As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and improve user experiences. Your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the Museum's diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions to streamline processes and improve user experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions
- Provide expert guidance and training to the CRM Systems Administrator
- Build and maintain system integrations to enhance data quality and simplify operations
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure scalability and security
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder
- Strong integration experience, including APIs and third-party tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
