About the Role:
Mindlance is seeking an experienced Advanced Salesforce Administrator to oversee the day-to-day management of our Salesforce environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce instance, providing technical support to internal stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user accounts, including new user setup, deactivation, and tracking licenses
• Configure user access and permissions, ensuring data security and integrity
• Oversee data management and maintenance, including duplicate record management, data quality reviews, and data loading activities
• Proactively review Salesforce feature enhancements and prepare our environment for new feature development
• Support the deployment of new features across development, testing, and production environments
• Maintain the health of our Salesforce environment by monitoring optimizer and security reports, performing periodic maintenance tasks, and identifying technical debt for removal

Requirements:
• At least three (3) years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience in administering a complex Salesforce instance
• Knowledge of building best-practice Salesforce solutions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business, or public administration, or related field preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across stakeholder groups from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical constraints or barriers to program staff
• Experience training end users and working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks appropriately
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as troubleshooting expertise

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Familiarity with building or maintaining public-facing portals for customers and partners to interface with core internal systems
• Experience working for government and/or non-profit organizations
• Experience with business process mapping and requirement gathering
