Job Overview

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time Computer and Information Identity Specialist to enhance our global operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and security of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute an Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, establishing robust policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that team members are well-informed and adhere to established protocols.
  • Oversee user access management for various systems, applications, and data repositories.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits; investigate security incidents and propose corrective measures.
  • Stay informed about emerging threats and technologies, refining security systems through thorough analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee secure access to critical systems and data.
  • Document all processes and procedures, reviewing audits and reports related to access security.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Administer and maintain access security systems effectively.
  • Consult with users to evaluate requirements, recommend designs, and plan projects for network installations.
Qualifications
  • Proven technical and management leadership in significant projects or technology assignments.
  • Ability to set goals and plans that align with project objectives.
  • Expertise in the domain with the capability to develop technical solutions for complex challenges.
  • Responsible for financial management and staffing to meet technical requirements.
  • Experience in client negotiations and interactions with senior management.
  • Decision-making skills that significantly impact project implementation.
  • Possess extensive knowledge in the field and proficiency in relevant technologies.
  • Education and experience: High School Diploma with 11 years of specialized experience; Associate's Degree with 7 years; Major Certification with 7 years; Bachelor's Degree (or higher) with 3 years.
Travel Requirements
  • Must have an active passport.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
Work Environment

This position complies with vaccination requirements for Temporary Duty Station (TDY) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) travel. The role is primarily office-based, requiring the ability to work at a desk and utilize a computer for extended periods.
