Job Title: Government Contracts Manager

M1 Support Services is seeking a highly skilled Government Contracts Manager to join our team. As a Government Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and administering government contracts, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer government contracts, including contract negotiation, award, and closeout.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement contract administration procedures and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to contract administrators and other team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in government contracting, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of managing and administering government contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
