Job Title: Restoration Project Manager

Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Greater Charleston is seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of restoration projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute construction plans and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met, and monitor receivables for each project.
  • Recruit, supervise, and manage subcontractors/trade partners, assigning responsibilities and holding them accountable for timely execution of work.
  • Interface with clients, inspectors, engineers, city and county officials, estimators, vendors, and office staff to ensure excellent execution, quality, and meeting deadlines.
  • Deliver on our brand promise, upholding our core values, and meet project quality standards.
  • Ensure project documents are delivered complete, on time, and stored appropriately.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses, as determined by the rotating schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently with exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, providing compassion and empathy for the customer.
  • Present oneself in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm when facing stressful situations.
  • Take initiative in pursuing industry certifications and improving technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with a construction job management system (i.e., RMS, Dash, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
Work Experience and Education:
  • Minimum college degree or equivalent industry experience required (construction or restoration).
  • 3-5 years' minimum proven experience in construction or restoration construction and project management.
  • Proficiency with computers and various technologies.
  • Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead, preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record as well as background check required.
