Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Decore-ative Specialties, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of materials, including interoffice communications, correspondence, requisitions, forms, instructional materials, and reports.
They will also be expected to effectively use word processing, database, and spreadsheet software applications in the course of assigned duties.
Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will arrange and schedule meetings, notify participants, confirm dates, and schedule related to the assigned work to ensure proper tasks and activities occur as scheduled.
They will also be responsible for ordering materials and supplies, maintaining records of purchase orders, invoices, inventories, and logs as they arrive.
The successful candidate will prepare reports from data compiled and records kept as they relate to the assigned work.
They may also receive and process information of a confidential nature, ensuring such information is maintained in strict confidentiality.
Other responsibilities include receiving, opening, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, initiating and/or transmitting inter-office memos/notices, establishing and maintaining a variety of records, logs, and filing systems.
The Administrative Assistant will also receive, review, and verify documents, records, and forms for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to applicable policies and procedures.
They will coordinate assigned office functions and details with other departments as necessary and assist other support staff with assigned functions as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
