Job Title: Guest Service/Sales Associate

At European Wax Center, we're committed to revealing beautiful skin and providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Service/Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products
  • Create a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring scripts and standard responses
  • Confirm each guest service and offer recommended/related add-on services
  • Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, refunds, and reservation requests
  • Inform guests of prebooking benefits and how to utilize the app to reschedule
  • Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes
  • Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability
  • Perform opening and closing procedures for the center
  • Maintain a safe, sparkling clean, organized, and visually pleasant environment within the lobby and restrooms
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or sales experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Patience and good listening skills
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is performed sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer, with times of prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling. The associate must lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.
