Job Overview

With over 24 years of experience working with more than 60 Federal Agencies and private sector companies, our team is seeking experienced Senior Federal HR Consultants to join our Washington, D.C. area-based workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in federal HR, with a minimum of five years' experience as a Federal HR Consultant/Expert. This role requires the ability to conduct strategic workforce planning, analyze workforce needs, and provide senior-level analysis and recommendations to high-level federal government officials.

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet federal agency needs.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to federal agencies on HR-related matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree + minimum of five years related experience.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to successfully undergo full security background and screening process.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
