About the Role

Lindholm & Associates, Inc. is a leading provider of Federal Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management (HCM) services. As a woman-owned small business, we have established ourselves as experts in the field, working with over 60 Federal Agencies and private sector companies.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Federal HR Consultant to join our team. This role will involve applying federal HR expertise to provide strategic workforce planning, workforce assessment, and restructuring according to federal and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the workforce needs of our clients;
  • Workforce Assessment: Analyze workforce data to identify skill gaps and develop recommendations for improvement;
  • Restructuring: Provide guidance on restructuring efforts to ensure compliance with federal and agency standards;
  • Deliverables: Develop and submit reports and presentations as requested by clients;
  • Implementation Plan: Create an implementation plan and roadmap to guide clients through changes;
  • Transition Support: Offer support during transitions to new systems or processes;
  • Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement a change management strategy to minimize disruption;
  • Best Practices: Assist in developing best practices for standardizing business processes across functional areas.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience as a Federal HR Consultant/Expert, with a strong ability to conduct federal strategic workforce planning, provide senior-level analysis and recommendations to high-level government officials, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
