Strategic Accounts Business Development Specialist

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Accounts Analyst to join our Midwest Services Group. This role will serve as the single point of contact for strategic customer accounts across the Midwest, collaborating with the Strategic Account group to facilitate the expansion of customer relationships to new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large number of diverse tasks with persistence and cooperation
- Collaborate with Strategic Accounts management and leadership to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Facilitate the new customer onboarding process
- Leverage relationships with organization and facilities management to support growth
- Interact with customers and co-workers professionally
