About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice to our growing business unit, focusing on complex contractual relationships with wholesale suppliers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate, draft, and revise complex commercial agreements.
  • Provide trusted advice to internal business clients across various cross-functional teams.
  • Advise on a broad range of strategic legal and business matters.
  • Develop business-practical solutions and advise the business on short-term tradeoffs in the context of broader strategic imperatives.
  • Drive departmental initiatives, including the development or redesign of legal support processes to increase efficiencies and better align to the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a corporate, transactional, or licensing attorney, with top law firm and/or relevant in-house experience.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong sense of pride in work product.
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited university with outstanding academic credentials.
  • Current bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. state; eligibility for admission to Washington, Kansas, Colorado, or Virginia bar.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior management with strong executive maturity.
