- Order Preparation and Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation, and coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Shipping and Logistics: Address and resolve any shipping-related issues, such as delays or damages, and provide support to various departments as needed, including data entry, report generation, and administrative tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing, or related roles.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite, excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, effective written and verbal communication abilities, ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and familiarity with warehousing operations, purchase orders, and inventory control processes.
- Technical Skills: Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, knowledge of shipping and logistics processes, familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
