Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute sales strategies, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Account Management
    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed departmental financial targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Product and Service Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest Comcast products and services, including Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice
    • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and tailor our solutions to meet those needs
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in a commercial or enterprise setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
