Job Title: Commercial Roofing Foreman

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team at Upson Company. As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct the productivity of the roofing crew
  • Set priorities, goals, and timelines for projects
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Train and develop apprentices in the trade of commercial roofing
  • Manage paperwork, including project documentation and crew schedules

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a journeyman roofer
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
  • Fluent in English; bi-lingual English and Spanish beneficial
