Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the administrative and creative needs of our organization. This role involves coordinating communication between departments, assisting with key projects, and bringing fresh ideas to life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Posting events and program updates on various online calendars and social media sites
  • Assisting with seasonal program guide proofing and editing
  • Distributing marketing materials to district facilities and community businesses
  • Coordinating with various departments to gather information and assist with cross-departmental projects
  • Writing and submitting press releases and monthly event calendars
  • Organizing and assisting with implementation of marketing plans

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required for career growth/opportunities)
  • Minimum experience would be an internship during college in a relatable role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

The salary for this position is $50,000 - $53,000 per year, plus benefits, PTO, and 401k.
