Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Reblozyl marketing team to drive brand performance and growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to engage with healthcare providers, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide business updates and insights to executive leadership.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience with a background in marketing, sales, and market access.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing a brand as a pharmaceutical marketer.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving results through team management and leadership.
