We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven National Account Executive (Property & Casualty) to join our dynamic team at the IMA Financial Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career and make a real impact in the environmental insurance industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the environmental insurance market. You will work closely with our experienced team to analyze client needs, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate policy placements.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry. You will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the environmental insurance market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Negotiate policy placements and manage client relationships
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and underwriters
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience

Salary Range: $90,000-$150,000 USD per year
