Job Overview

The Client Success Associate will play a critical role in executing sales strategies and building client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Execute sales strategies through in-person communication with consumers to build client revenue.
  • Software System Knowledge: Learn software systems provided by clients to effectively communicate with incoming inquiries.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide daily breakdowns of client interactions to management and offer feedback to improve the client experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Be familiar with all products and services we promote and sell to answer any questions or inquiries from clients.
  • Cross-Training: Cross-educate in each department to excel in our training program and potentially advance to management based on individual performance.

Compensation

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Our office is located in a convenient location, making it easy to commute.
