This role requires a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar or related field, with a focus on sales and customer service. You will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the environmental insurance market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Negotiate policy placements and manage client relationships
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and underwriters
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience

Salary Range: $90,000-$150,000 USD per year
